Income In-equality…

     This seems to be the new concern of the Obama administration, or is it new? Lets examine what income "in-equality" is, it's a made up liberal term to ease in to Socialism. Ask any "lefty" what is income in-equality and they will give you a story about the evil rich or "1%ers" that have 90% of the wealth in the country and how they (lefty's and government" want to manipulate the system so that all is more fair. DUH!!!! Socialism!!!

     Let's take a look at income in-equality in a real sense of what is going on, a real look at it. Let me give you a quick run down of what Obama and his administration along with the people that have the same political ideals want. They would like everybody to have an equal piece of the pie. Ok fine, according to our founding documents we're all created equal, right? Ok but that is were it ends, how we live our lives will determine our…… yup income equality. Somebody with the drive, determination and tenacity of Donald Trump will in the U.S. have a great chance of becoming a multi millionaire then in any other country in the world because of our system of capitalism. Our system isn't set up to make everybody equal, it's set up to give people, all people and equal opportunity to achieve greatness regardless of there appearance, wealth, religion etc… YOU and you alone by your actions and the way you live your life will determine your wealth. That's capitalism, what Obama and the Dem's want is socialism where the government takes money from the "haves" and gives it to the "have nots", you may recall the term wealth redistribution being thrown around during the 2008 campaign. That is what they meant by that, taking and giving it out.

     Wealth redistribution, or the newer term income inequality, lets take a look at why this does not work.
• A multi billion dollar corporation needs an "X" amount of money to thrive, pay its bills, workers, investors and the like. If the government is going to tax it to death it can easily move assets to a secure region and into tax relief accounts, change its corporate HQ or many other ways to take advantages of loop holes in the tax system to keep more of its money. Same goes for rich people, Lady Gaga, Sean Penn and even Warren Buffett will move and can move money around to do the same thing and escape taxes, HELL Warren Buffett is a billionaire and says rich people should pay more taxes but you don't see him volunteering to pay more, he can the IRS will not refuse his contribution.
• Even if all the rich people, the 1%ers as they're called and all the corporations gave 100% of their profits to the government for the year it will fund the government for less a matter of days. Contrary to what the liberals tell you there is NOT enough money out there to bring society "up", if it was we would be there with all the money Obama has spent in the last 5 years.
     Do you want to know how the Dem's will achieve income equality? By bringing everybody down, that's easy to do. When you overburden the middle class by taxing them and by adding fees and by creating a job UN-friendly environment their quality of life goes down. Think about this, Workers are being taxed to death, but welfare and food stamp participation is its highest level despite the fact that Obama said we were out of the recession 3.5 years ago. My tax money should go to fixing potholes in my neighborhood, putting an extra police officer in the precinct, updating equipment to keep firefighters safe as they enter burning building, that I'll pay for but to keep somebody with two working arms and legs on welfare and food stamps? Nope, what about 99 weeks of unemployment? Nope, the Dem's claim extending these benefits is crucial to the economy, I guess when you have an administration who's big job creations is fast food employees I guess it is crucial to them. How can you justify telling people it's ok to live off the tax payers, because why? You'd rather collect $400 for free instead of getting a job that pays $11 per hour? IS that American? Do we not have ANY sense of pride anymore? How do we have politicians that can say it's ok to mooch off taxpayers for years instead of get a job, ANY job to support your family. Shame on you America!!!

     What about the environment aspect? No I don't mean the literal environment like water and air I mean the business environment. Here is how stupid government policies are. Ever hear of Dodd/Frank? It's a bill passed into law after the financial crisis that basically was laid out to protect the consumer form credit card and banking tomfoolery but here is what actually happened. Have you heard anybody you know a few years ago saying how impossible it was to get a bank loan? I'm sure you have, it was and still is pretty damn hard to get the bank to open up their purse strings, intact you probably have heard Obama or other "lefties" say there is money in the banking system ready to be loaned out but the banks won't give it. Here's why, as per Dodd/Frank a financial institution will be heavily fined for a risky or bad loan, makes sense however the Dodd/Frank bill do not specify what a risky or bad loan is. How can you expect a bank to loan out money with a great risk of a heavy fine? Without specifics the government can fine a bank for what ever reason they want, no can't happen? I think it can, ask the Conservative or Tea Parry groups harassed by the IRS in recent years for their political affiliation, don't you think the same could happen to banks. Imagine some government tool finding out you donated to the "wrong" candidate, how long do you think before you were audited for "bad and risky loans". Keep saying to yourself that stuff doesn't happen here but, when you have an administration the believes government knows best and it keeps growing you might want to think again. Here's more idiocy from Dodd/Frank, they put limits on credit card companies, fees and interest they can charge, greta right, can't bilk the consumer, WRONG. When you limit fees and interest more credit card companies won't lend to risky people, people with low credit scores can't get credit what do they do? Well unfortunately for those people they're stuck getting loans from other places, ever notice these instant loan companies advertising on TV for quick paydays, even Montel Williams is a spokesperson for one. Places like these make money from charging crazy interest to poorer folks down on their luck, legal loan sharks basically.

     The final piece of income in-equality is the actual income. The sad fact is that under Obama the 1%ers have more of the pie then when evil Republicans were in office. Do you think the stock market being so high is good, or at least good for main st? Nope. Wonder why it's so high? Because there is nothing else to invest in. Things like Obamacare which is a income redistribution method is killing job creation because if cost and complexity business can't grow and investors won't invest to help it grow, so people with money will choose the market to make their money. If investors aren't investing in new businesses or in expanding existing ones, workers like you and I get left in the dust. Middle management people like me have salaries that haven't changed in years even though cost has gone up, union workers find themselves jobless because they price themselves out of the market and this is how income equality is achieved because we all end up with shit!!!

     We need to get rid of government involvement in our lives, more people would have more money if the government would just leave us alone. The U.S. grew to a world economic, technological, and military power in just 169 years with government staying out of our way. More people had a bigger share of the pie back in those days because we controlled our own destiny not some suit in Washington. Income equality comes to those who know and follow the Constitution of the U.S., and the work ethic of the American culture, at least the culture of the past.

Redneck goes viral…

     I'm sure you have all heard about Phil Robertson from Duck Dynasty show being in the news lately. Whether you stand with Phil or against here are my thoughts. Who cares? Is Phil the President of the United States? Is he a Governor, congressman, senator??? No, no and no. So why is the left going crazy over his crude remarks?, because this is what they do. The left does nothing more then try to destroy the surroundings of civilization and mold them towards their beliefs. I personally don't understand the outrage, sure the comments were crude and off base but who gives a crap, he's nobody but a redneck business owner, for Christ's sake he makes accessories for duck hunters. Somebody who has no influence in government or politics or in general life as we know it should not be paid so close attention too by the media. His show is entertainment, but it wouldn't surprise me if this entire situation is a set up, to destroy the show for it's religious and close family messages. Boy did that backfire. I didn't think that support would flow so much for Phil, I don't think it's for his comments so much as it is for the fact I think we as Americans have had enough of an overwhelmingly small minority getting their way here and changing the landscape of this great nation.

Obamacare website getting better….

     Too bad the law itself is still a pile of crap. The administration is elated that 1 million people have signed up for Obamacare in December alone. The left also touts how the law will provide insurance for 30 million that used to be uninsured, the same stale argument from 2009. Well, lets take a look at reality for a second. At this point in time over 6.1 million private policies have been cancelled. That means 6.1 million Americans at minimum have been left without insurance due to Obamacare, remember 6.1 million policies, they could have been covering couples or even families of four for example. Even after the 1 million enrollees in December we're still 5.1 million short or are we? Nope there have been about 1 million or so getting FREE medicaid, well free for them not free for me or my friends and family and fellow citizens that work, our tax money goes to pay for that, well not exactly, borrowed money adding to our $17 TRILLION debt goes to pay for that. Obamacare isn't fiscally neutral yet, in other words it doesn't pay for itself yet because there aren't enough healthy young people enrolled yet to pay for the old and sick that have enrolled. The young and healthy will pay the tax or fine as its called rather then sign up for O'care. Incase you didn't know O'care like all Obama's beliefs is a wealth distribution program. It's supposed to take money from the young and healthy that pay the outrageous premiums and don't use the system and distribute it to pay for the healthcare of the old and sick that use it all the time. Without the young and healthy paying in what happens?? Basically insurance companies go broke, except for the provision in the law that government "bails out" the insurance companies with taxpayer monies. Did NBC, CBS, CNN news mention any of that to you? I bet they didn't.

     What are your thoughts on NSA listening on you? So far they claim all they do is collect phone numbers that called other phone numbers, nothing more. They say they if a terrorist calls into the U.S. then they will track the number he called and get a warrant from a judge to find out who it is and so forth. Well then why don't they just leave it at that? Why collect the meta data of phone numbers then? No reason to store the fact that my cell phone number called my friend, let them monitor terrorists and then track U.S. phone numbers. Security can't be the outcry for the government to butt into our lives. Imagine if they use security as the reason to come confiscate our guns, fatty foods, etc… We need to stop allowing the government so much leeway against us.

Don't piss off the Russian's

     So a terrorist group decides to homicide bomb a Russian train station. I don't know if that's a good idea, it's most likely local terrorists the Russians have been plagued by for decades. The Russians are trying to become more wordily especially by hosting the Olympics and by taking control of the Syrian situation after our President and Sec. Kerry dropped the ball due their ineptness, so the Russians will not be made fools of. The Russians don't have sill rules of engagement like our bureaucrats impose on our military, if there is 1 terrorist in a village the Russians will level the village without blinking an eye. This is the 2nd terrorist act against them in the same town in couple weeks, shit is about to go down.

Merry CHRISTmas….

     More violence breaks out this weekend, just days before Christmas over sneakers. That's right people rioting, shooting each other in malls for the new Jordan Gamma Blues. Why are people doing this, why are people trampling each other on black Friday for deals, what's going on?? By nature humans are dicks, but you would think the lesser dicks wouldn't be so dickly around this time of year. What's this time of year? Good question, perhaps the violence even at this time occurs because the message has disappeared. The more politically correct we allow ourselves to become the worse we get. When we wish people a merry Xmas or happy holidays what exactly are we wishing them?? Nothing!!! We're basically wishing them to enjoy a day off from work and receive gifts. More gluttony for humanity!!! When you wish a Merry Christmas it means something. Christmas is the symbolic birth of Jesus, and a time for peace on Earth and goodwill towards fellow man. No message in Xmas or happy holidays. Day by day we're losing our moral values. You don't have to be a believer to acknowledge where morality comes from. If you disavow religion totally then morality goes with it and you sink into a world of douche bags. Next time someone says happy holidays or merry Xmas stand you ground and state your moral values and say MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Reverend Al not as cool as Reverend RUN…

    I think Princess Leia said it best "… the more the emperor tightens his fist, the more worlds slip through his grasp…", the administration and all of its allies are slowly losing power even in key strong holds. We see it amongst young voters, now that they've realized that they've been targeted to pay insane $$$'s to subsidize the old and sick. We see it here as Chicago residents let Al Sharpton have it when he payed a visit. He was expecting the normal lemmings crowd but he got an earful, some say Chicago justice style, about the lack of leadership in their communities and the President. Why not Black and Hispanic joblessness has risen by 50% under Obama. Sorry to say it but when your elected officials believe everybody hold be socially equal this is what you get. There isn't enough money in the world to raise all the poor to middle class but there are enough regulations to make all the middle class poor. Budget deal Yay or Nay

     So we all know by now of the bipartisan budget deal that has passed, I hope we all do. It's basically a two year budget plan passed into law. The budget deal headed by house budget committee chair Paul Ryan -R- and senate budget committee chair Patty Murray -D- has been booed and cheered by both the left and the right. What do you think? I'll break it down for you as plainly as I can and you decide.
     Ok so its a budget plan passed into law that over the next 10 years will save us 23 Billion dollars, here is were it gets tricky. The ultra left liberals don't like it because it doesn't expand the already 99 week unemployment benefit and it doesn't milk more taxes out of the citizens. Ultra right conservatives don't like it because to achieve the 23 Billion savings at the end of 10 years we have to spend 62 Billion in expenses up front the first 2 years, this was to appease Democrats. These are the basics, here is were I stand as a conservative and an American.
     First off I'm glad there is no further expansion of unemployment benefits, multiple studies show that the more time out of work somebody is the less likely they are to be selected for a job amongst competition that has been out of work for far less time. I'm also for no new tax hikes, we all know when Democrats say they want to tax the rich that means anybody with a job….. they always say rich but I end up paying more. There are new "fees" that conservatives label as new taxes buuuuuttttt those fees are only for the users of said products, such as a small increase in airline security fees. Obviously someone who flies a lot should pay that vs it being put into the main IRS tax laws for all to pay. Here is the kick in the ass!!! It will cut cost of living increases for military retirees, these are people that have served for 20 years or more. It's a one percent cut but over time it can equal to 6 figures in lost income. The cut is also a betrayal to our men and women who have served, have spent their entire professional career in uniform. An amendment was put forth today 12/18/13 in the senate to eliminate this cut and replace the savings by eliminating a tax credit for illegal immigrants, it was shut down by senate DEMOCRATS!!! Yup illegal immigrants are more important to senate Dems then military career service people, fact, Goggle it!!!
     I couldn't care less at how many democrats voted for this but how can so many republicans vote and support this bill?? Well I hate to break it to the American public but they had to…. consider what is actually going on. We witnessed the senate democrats vote for illegals and against military and no word on the main stream media, This budget will eliminate government shut down which always goes against republicans, the democratic liberal machine has a huge mouth and propaganda machine. This was utter desperation that had to be signed, the only way for this country to get back on its feet is to win some elections. Elect people for their dignity and character and real belief of constitution.

Santa cries about climate : video

     OMG! What did you think of that propaganda machine video? For those of you on the fence about global warming or as they call it now climate change let me explain and 1st i'll start with the name change. For years the lefty loons like Al Gore called it "Global Warming" they scared peoples and governments into believing false science that the Earth was getting warmer from man made pollutants. Well a few years ago real scientists noticed that the Earths temperature hasn't gotten "warmer" for decades, it just stabilized sooooo the lefty loons took hurricanes and storms and other natural disasters like volcanic activity and dubbed it "Climate Change". Arctic ice caps are GROWING, even NASA states record growth from there observations. Google it on your own, read all the articles and you can come to conclusion on your own that in the end the Earth is not being killed off by man. Does anybody remember from school the Ice Age? There were a few in Earth's history the earliest one was over 2 Billion years ago during the early Proterozoic Eon, guess what? No humans or exhaust pipes then and that was a major climate shift. The most severe was 850 to 630 Million years ago, still no humans throwing fast food wrappers on the ground. This Ice Age reached all the way down to the equator and lasted a very very very long time until an accumulation of green house gasses from volcanos began melting the ice. Yup GREEN HOUSE gasses made naturally by our planet warming the climate.

     Here's what the problem is with climate control freaks. First of all they've made millions of dollars promoting climate change, ok we live in capitalist society so nothing wrong with that unless you take into account that huge fees and huge cost of making business's compliant to new EPA regulations has killed off a lot of jobs. Some argue, and I'm one that those jobs have gone to India and China where the global community says nothing because they are emerging economies. BULLSHIT, that is hypocrisy. We have to lose jobs and be ultra clean, meanwhile increasing our poor and jobless while other countries can be dirty and increasing their economy?! Does that sound right to you? I don't think so, I'm sure a lot of jobless former factory workers would agree.

     Ok, so I have yet to see/hear video of George W. Bush being booed during Mandela's memorial. If this is true then I'm soooo done with them. How do you boo a man that has done more for the African continent then ANY U.S. presidents combined. How do you boo a man who still as a civilian does an immense amount of charity work for the African continent. How do you boo a man that still goes to Africa to help needy and sickly people.

     Meanwhile they'll cheer for our current president that take selfies during a memorial and shakes the hand of the Cuban dictator and human rights criminal Raul Castro.

     Bipartisan spending cut deal reached!!!!! Yea no need to get excited, no details yet but so far it seems Democrats are getting the better of the deal and this conclusion is due to the fact that there is no new extension for unemployment benefits. The craziest detail released so far is 23Billion in cuts over 10 years. Are you flippin kidding me?!?!?! For those of you that read this understand that every year we spend about 700Billion more then we take in... I typed EVERY YEAR!!! If this is true they're going to cut only 23Billion over the course of 10, serious?!? That's nothing!! I hope this isn't true because that would ruin my opinion of Paul Ryan. I'll keep you guys posted.

     Here is how brilliant some of our laws are, even local government has gone stupid. In Oregon there is an 11 year old girl, Madison Root that is selling Mistletoe in a park so she can pay for her braces, sounds harmless right? Some yo-yo security guard told her she is not allowed to sell Mistletoe in the park but she is allowed to beg for the money she needs. Serious??? "I don't want to beg! I would rather work for something than beg," Madison told KATU.com. "It's crazy. People can get money for pot. But I can't get money for braces. I'm working for this! They're just sitting down on their butts all day asking for pot." This is the society Liberalism is breeding. It's absolutely disgusting.      Senate majority leader Harry Reid, you know the wrinkled old white guy that called Obama articulate and yet calls all Republican racist, yeah that guy Barry O's great big Obamacare supporter…. well he is exempting part of his staff from getting Obamacare. The best part, not all of them just the ones he designated he wants exemptions for, you know the same staffers that supported and promoted the law are now NOT required to use it. So far he's the only one in Congress doing this. Senator Ted Cruz was quoted "Sen. Reid's decision to exempt his staff … is the clearest example yet of ObamaCare's failures and Washington hypocrisy,” he said. “His staff worked to pass it and continue to promote it, now they don't want to be part of it because it's a disaster.” I agree, if they all took part in passing it and promoting and continue to lie about it then they ALL should be forced to get it. Keep this in mind too, Obama has yet to sign up and believe me its not because the website is a pile of smeared dog $h!t, he know the law itself is crap!!!

No back door, you're going to burn…

     Speaking of Obamacare here is some more bad news about the healthcare website. Apparently it doesn't have a "back door" to transmit payment from the consumer to the healthcare insurance companies. Noooooo, not that it doesn't work, it wasn't built…. at all!!! So now what? Well here's the genius idea, the insurance company will provide an "estimate" of what is owed and bill the government. Hhmmmm the "evil" insurance company now is going to be trusted by the government? I guess when its convenient for the administration, they can get along with big business. How hypocritical!!! Here is where the teeth of the consumer get kicked in, not only is the payment back door not there, the part of the website that transmits info to the insurance companies either sends blank forms or forms with jumbled words mixed with symbols. The affect of this is, the insurance policy is not active unless payment is received so if the information isn't clear how will consumer know they're policy is not active, I guess after their first doctors visit. Oy can we say clusterf&*k.

Obamacare Roll out Part Deux

     So the new promise date came and went. The president and his administration brag that the healthcare.gov website can now handle 55,000 users at once. Anything more then that and they will be taken to a queuing screen where they can elect submit their email address so the site can inform them when traffic is less and easier to get on. Are you F'n kidding me? Does anybody here think Amazon.com would be around today if it only handled 50,000 users at once? Do you think Google would be $1,000 a share if you typed in a search and you had to wait on a virtual line until it was your turn? NO!!! The administration states now it's running at "private sector efficiency". Here is where Americans should be OUTRAGED, here we have an administration that at its core believes government knows best regardless of the situation and yet admits that private industry can do things better and more efficiently then government with that quoted statement. Do you remember in my previous blog last month we found out that healthcare.gov website cost the taxpayer, THAT'S YOU, $600,000,000 dollars. 600 MILLION, to be put on a virtual line, a 21st century busy signal. SMH!

Backdoor Gun Control

    It's said that the Obama administration has brought its gun control promise to fruition. Due to excessive new regulation the last lead smelting plant in the U.S.A. has closed down. The new regulations recently imposed on the plant have foxed its closure and the administration blames the plant for refusing to inapt new pollution control devices, the problem is the pollution control measures would cost the plant over $100 million. How is this gun control you ask? If there is no ammunition you can have plenty of guns but they would be nothing more then decoration. Ammunition would have to be imported and at that point many experts would also bet that the government would find someway to control it as it comes in and therefore they will know who and how much. The jury is still not 100% in on this but given the FACT Obama is very anti gun, and very pro government control and been proven, for lack of better words a liar, this scenario would not be a surprise to me.

     Anybody hear that Amazon wants to begin delivering your orders via robotic drone? Delivery within the hour. Amazon says it's still about 10 years away and a lot of regulations that need to be worked on to make this happen but hey, it's not government doing it so I think it will work.

     So now president Obama can tell by taking a tour around Dreamworks by their face who are the immigrants. Really? What exactly does an immigrant look like Barry? In a country where there is no "nationality" how can anybody tell who is an immigrant or who was born here. More "Barry O" knows best, I wonder if he was a Republican how fast after that comment was made would it be all over the media, yet nothing from anybody.      After every single word of hatred short of being called Nazi's, was thrown at Congress Tea Party members and other Republicans in September for trying to delay the launch of Obamacare big man on campus decided to delay the small business mandate launch until November 2014, really??? HHmm I wonder why, could it be because studies suggest that 50 million more policies would be cancelled. Yup the same way it was known 3 years ago that with the individual mandate launched this October millions of people could not keep their doctor or plan if they liked it, millions more are slated to lose there coverage with the small business mandate and even millions more when the large business (corporate) mandate is launched. We could be facing total of 150 million cancelled policies, is it any wonder why Obama wants to delay the launch until after the 2014 elections where the Democrats hold of the Senate is threatened, No.

     Unions are at it again, in the fight to increase the minimum wage one former Subway worker turned fast food protestor in Washington was paid by the union Washington Works to protest. How much is a sandwich going to cost if we have to pay the workers $15 an hour? Unions and supporters say workers need a livable wage, but perhaps they should get better jobs. Unfortunately in Obama's America flipping hamburgers is considered a good job, when the economy is dismal and you have skilled laborers competing for service jobs I guess it makes [their] argument valid. Here is the skinny, if Obama new what he was doing then 5 years into his presidency we should've had a robust economy with real jobs available. Remember two things about unions,
 1: The argument " Like weekends and payed holidays thank your union" yea that was 100 years ago. Mention that to the thousands of factory workers that have been out of work because their union priced them out of the global market.
 2: Your union rep might show up to the site in a Chevy but he goes home in a Benz, it's a business in the end and a very corrupt one.

Enroll for Healthcare

     So a lot of Liberals keep saying how Conservatives are anarchists etc.... No we just know that government is useless big government is even more useless and a big federal government is far more useless then tits on a bull. Can I prove it? Yes I can, we all know that the Obamacare website healthcare.gov is completely useless, it hasn't worked right since it's launch on October 1st and looks like it still wont work right even after the promise by big O that it will be operational by end of November, he's expecting 80% operational... cause you know when Obama says everybody should have good healthcare plans he really meant to say 8 out of 10 Americans. Anywho, there is a PRIVATE company that has made their own healthcare exchange website and it works!! It was launched Sunday 11/24/13 and hasn't crashed yet, and unlike healthcare.gov that has cost taxpayers over $600 million this site hasn't and wont cost taxpayers a single cent. This company because it is a private company with not one attachment to government operates in the REAL American way, it's a capitalist company, it's for profit and it get paid by insurance companies when people actually enroll sooooooo their website had to work or they wouldn't make any money unlike big O and Sebelius's nightmare where they bilk the taxpayers out of more money.
    
     So what have we learned? Private enterprise enrolling people into healthcare plans on a website that WORKS and doesn't cost taxpayers money. So even though I don't believe in Obamacare atleast this is yet more proof that big government doesn't work, that is why we are in the current economic situation we are in.

Obamacare fix…. fix…. fix????

     So let's check out the new crap coming from the White House. So now that even the main stream media is getting on Obama's butt about the A.C.A. last week he got in front of the camera's and said he'll fix it. He said he wants insurance companies to reinstate the cancelled policies. Hellloooooo Harvard graduate, what's the problem with that. Well I'll let you in on a little secret, he can't fix it like that, according the the LAW in Obamacare insurance companies CAN'T sell plans that don't meet minimum criteria. The minimum criteria set by Obama cronies like Kathleen Sebelius. Obama can't impose upon them to reinstate policy, he can't break the law anymore then you or I can. The real question is, with his education and experience as a U.S. senator you would think he would know that, and yet in front of media cameras and the country he says it's ok to reinstate them for 1 more year, hhhmmmm. Well, the Republicans in the House of Representatives want to do it the right way, the legal way and introduce a bill to permanently fix the law so people can keep their policies for good and legally. We're all on the same page right??? Nope!!! Obama has said he will veto that bill and the Democrats won't support it, at least the hardcore ones won't…. hardcore or the ones facing elections.
    
     Here is the real deal, in 2014 there are Democratic seats up for election that can swing the balance of power in the Senate. Obama's fix (remember ILLEGAL) will coincidentally run up to those elections, Obama's "fix" has already been rejected by many states insurance committees stating that reinstating policies will cost too much money, others have accepted his "fix" but have warned customers their reinstated policies will cost more then before due to the administrative costs to redo all the paperwork etc… now let's get back to Obama threatening to veto the Republican's bill that will legally fix Obamacare, aaaaaannnnnndddd the fact Obama, Reid, Pelosi blame everybody and their mother for the mistakes, carelessness, and lies. BAMO!!! they will use the increased cost of "the same" policies that were reinstated and/or refusal of insurance companies to reinstate policies toooooo BLAME INSURANCE companies to possibly take some of the Obamacare crap off the shoulders of the Democrats that are facing elections in 2014. Mark my words!

     WAKE UP!!! Remember couple weeks ago these Democrats had a 2hr panicked meeting with Obama at the White House, these are the same Democrats that originally voted for Obamacare, these are also the same Democrats that in 2010 when senator Mike Enzi noticed the law was specifically written to cancel these policies on purpose, voted against a bill he brought forth to correct that. Now all of a sudden they want to delay the individual mandate. 5,000,000 policies gone under the individual mandate, I hope you guys didn't forget that the business mandate was delayed by Obama (illegally again) for a year, coincidentally after the 2014 elections. Stats show possible 50-100 million more policies could be canceled the same way.

     Obama and his cronies have got to be the slimiest politicians EVER!!! Between the lies of Obamacare, Benghazi, IRS and NSA spying on citizens and journalists, the constant "I don't know" "we were not aware". Makes you feel safer hanging out with a used car salesman and a lawyer.

Government Hypocrisy

     Well they're at it again! The Senate just changed the rules on confirming presidential nomination to federal judicial roles. They eliminated the filibuster which could've been used to block nominees that were not desirable. So far it's for just for cases like this but the way this administration grabs at power I wouldn't doubt if they didn't stopped there. So here's the deal, in 2005 the Republican dominated senate tried doing the same thing, then senator Obama railed against it calling at an obvious political power grab. "The Nuclear Option" as it's called was blasted also by Harry Reid as an attempt to "silence the minority". My my my how views change when the shoe is on the other foot. Of course president Obama today supported it,  saying "we have to change the way Washington does business"  saying its required because there is as "unprecedented pattern of obstruction" he also said about the obstruction "It's not what our founders envisioned" Ha I beg to differ…. here is the light. Whatever party you belong to R or D as a congress member you must create policies, laws, bills not only based upon the ideology of your constituents but it must appeal to the majority, same goes with appointees they must be somebody who both parties could get behind, not cry and change the rules claiming the other guys are making it too hard. Jesus H. Christ gimmie a break already.

      Wow. Anybody thinking of investing? Watch your ass. Wonder why the market has made insane strides these last few years? While the economy is in the toilet and the the Fed keeps interests low there is no place else to invest. Banks aren't paying anything, CD's and other investments have almost no gains, the market is the only place paying but if/when the economy starts to really grow the market bubble will burst. For those who don't know keep in mind stocks don't measure a companies worth, they measure a companies potential worth.

     In more wonderful Obamacare news, HHS secretary Kathleen Sebelius had a wonderful experience in Florida couple days ago, while she was in Miami with Obamacare navigators the website crashed right in front of cameras. The video is great, there's a navigator speaking to her saying, it's [website] working great, nice and smooth, until a reporter chimes in and goes "the screen says the website is down", same navigator is like oh that happens all the time, it'll be back up. Obamacare website cost to taxpayers over $400 million dollars, the look on Sebelius's face when the site crashes in front of press, priceless.

What's up 11/19/13

    Well, Obamacare took another punch to the gut!!! Does the name Jessica Sanford ring a bell to anybody? Here's a quick rundown, on Oct. 21 she was used as an example of how great A.C.A. is and how a self employed singe mom was finally able to afford healthcare insurance after 15 years without it. Before A.C.A., Obama touted that she was quoted $500-$600 a month primarily due to the fact that her son suffers from ADHD and requires $250 a month in medication. She was used as an example by Obama in a Rose Garden speech that day, thanks to A.C.A. and tax subsidies she was able to get a “gold”-level health plan offered by Premera Blue Cross. According to the Washington State Wire she shortly received a letter from the health exchange stating she wasn't eligible for all the subsidies, a small error in the system that affected 8,000 people. At this point she was eligible for Premera's "silver" plan which meant she got the coverage just higher copays and deductibles. Well well well, after that she shortly received yet another letter from the state exchanges that she's not eligible for any subsidies at all. Awesome example Barry O., if by some luck the one random example you picked to brag about in a Rose Garden speech on camera turned out to be such a cluster F can you imagine what's in store for the rest of us.

     A Mexican gunman to spend 58 years behind bars for 2009 killing of Border Patrol agent and I say good riddance to bad rubbish. Apparently this was one of three people that conspired to lure the border patrol agent into a trap to steal his night vision. The gunman will be going to jail, the border patrol agent's two children will grow up without a father.

     The fool George Zimmerman arrested again. You would think he'd lay low, disappear or something, count his lucky stars that the Fl. prosecutor over shot with 2nd degree murder. You are dangerous George and, obviously dumb being this is the 3rd time you've been in the news since your acquittal. Twice for brandishing a weapon. Dumbass!!!

    

Political Operation

     Extremists, terrorists, extortionists, backwards, racists all words used by president Obama, Harry Reid, Pelosi and a bunch of other loud mouth Democrats during the last government shutdown to describe Senator Cruz and the rest of the Tea Party politicians that stood their ground to defund, repeal, or delay the now know train wreck that is Obamacare.  The sad fact isn't really the use of the words by the Dem's but the belief by the citizens that they're true. It's hard to believe how many MILLIONS of Americans have no real idea of how our government was set up to work, well here it is in basic English.
    
     We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

     Above is the first paragraph of the consitution, notice the first words are WE THE PEOPLE, not we the government and that is were there is a huge difference in political views between the right and left. President Obama, senator Reid etc…. blasted Ted Cruz, Rand Paul and the like because people that have the same political ideology as Obama, Reid and Pelosi believe that they were elected to run the government in the way they see fit. They view their elected positions as an ok for them to put forward their own agenda without regard of others. Sure a majority elected them but for certain issues, for very important ones majority views can change. Republicans follow our founders and believe that government is run by the people. Senator Cruz and his Tea Party colleagues were voted in by an overwhelming majority of their constituents to stop Obamacare, and that is what they tried to do. Despite what the Democrats, Obama's sweet mouth or the main stream media say that's how its supposed to be done. There is supposed to be strong opposition in government but I guess the party that believes everybody should get a trophy just for showing up has a problem with doing hard work especially when they know giving the masses the true facts will hurt their cause.

     Lets all remember just two simple things and perhaps we can win back our country.
      • Government is WE THE PEOPLE, we are the boss, they do what we say.
      • Taxpayer money is the proper phrase not government money, government is not a business it's an institution it doesn't earn the money it spends it takes it from its citizens.

       Duck Dynasty

Why are they so popular? Who are they? What are they up to?

     Three great questions, so lets examine the answers. Duck Dynasty is a reality show on family cable. Duck Dynasty follows the lives of the Robertson family from West Monroe Louisiana. They run own & operate a company that makes products for duck hunters, the most popular being the Duck Commander duck call. The company was started by Phil Robertson (father) in 1972 and was a family run business for a few decades. The company now is a multi-million dollar empire thanks to the middle son and current C.E.O. Willie Robertson. The show has broken several rating records for the A&E network, but why? Lets continue and I'll fill you in.

     First we have to start with the face of Duck Dynasty, on the surface its an American family of self proclaimed Red Necks. All the men on the show look the same but for one employee, other then that they all have long hair and thick beards, wear mostly T-shirts and camo pants, they eat things like bull frogs and slaughter their own chickens. The show has some good one liners but, other then that most of the time they're in the factory or Phil and Ms Kay's broken old house or in the Louisiana woods so there isn't much scenery either so why the appeal?       

     Well this show is the epitome of the adage "Never judge a book by it's cover". On the surface they look like (at least to us city folk) like a bunch of hillbillies but how many know that Phil Robertson attended Louisiana Tech University played football and turned down a contract with the Washington Redskins, or that Willie Robertson has a business degree from University of Louisiana Monroe, which is how Willie turned the company into the money maker it is today. Here is the kicker, the real reason why this show is so popular, it has depth. While when watching an episode it may feel like redneck version of Jerry Seinfeld, a show about nothing but digging deeper it's an episode about life and happiness faith and family. It shows a unbreakable bond between family and good friends and how nothing can stop you from achieving when you have a good support system. It's genuine, there are article and video of Phil Robertson revealing some "creative" editing that changed context of certain situations. He found that the editors at one point would put "bleeps" in as if curse words were spoken when they weren't. He got them to stop it because the show is not about that, it's not about controversy or vileness. The show basically is so popular because it is just wholesome fun, something the American audience appears to want. I think we've had enough of Kardashian's and Miley Cyrus etc…. Every episode ends with a big family dinner and a prayer, whether you're a believer or not that seen IS life, family, friends, love and the appreciation of all you have, all that you've worked for to earn and keep.

     In the end we need more shows like this, in a society where TV and internet babysit our children examples of good living are too few and far between. You might not find it exciting or side splitting funny but at in the end you "walk away" feeling right, feeling that life is good.

A.C.A aka Obamacare

What's going on with it in plain English

What it's supposed to do:

     The Affordable Healthcare Act or Obamacare was pitched as a plan to insure the 30 million plus Americans that did not have health care insurance. It was going to lower premiums and deductibles by creating a "one stop shop" for insurance plans in one place where Americans can pick and choose the healthcare policy that best fit them from major market insurance companies. Obamacare was going to create a pool of individuals together so insurance companies would give out discounts for groups much like they do for large corporations and businesses therefore lowering the cost. It also was going to reduce costs by eliminating fraud, as well as the extra gross from people that did not have insurance.

Why it won't work:

     Let's start with the easy one first, cost cutting from fraud. They'll never be able to eliminate fraud, why? What federal government program isn't plagued with fraud? NONE!! They all are, because they're too big. When policies and procedures have to pass through so many different hands things slip through the cracks. Now your healthcare has to go from being personal and intimate between you and your doctor, to you, your doctor and whatever amount of bureaucrats between HHS and the IRS to determine your treatment. Imagine having to take a course of action to treat your health concerns based upon individuals who's primary job is to follow the rules to the most strict adherence and to monitor cost. That's insane!!

The Roll out:

     Oy Vey!! I believe we all know the disaster that is the roll out of healthcare.gov website. Weeks after the website went live it was revealed that preliminary testing showed it would crash after being accessed by only a few hundred users. It was also revealed that customers information was going to wrong places bringing into question the total security  of the site itself. Turns out there is none, it has "limitless security risks" as stated by administration officials. This is unacceptable, unlike Amazon (one of the sites Obama compared healthcare.gov to before roll out) on the healthcare exchanges people have to submit ALL personal information including S.S. number before being able to view policies and prices. Imagine after you enter all your info the website has an error and leaves your information dangling there in cyber space or sends it to wrong place. Not good!

Insurance problems:

     As of today estimates put the enrollment in the exchanges at around 50,000 for the 36 states using federal website and about another 50,000 or so for the ones using the exchange, to reach the goal of 7 million by March Obamacare needs 1.2million paid enrollments per month. Besides the concerns of website disaster why aren't people enrolling in this new law, the president said it would be better coverage at a lower price, no? Well he said that plus "If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor, PERIOD. If you like your healthcare plan, you can keep your healthcare plan, PERIOD" He made those statements over 30+ times in those words even though now he claims he "meant" something different. Turns out you can't keep either. A month or so after the A.C.A. was passed the HHS secretary Katherine Sebelius (we all know her) wrote regulations that require minimum coverages such as mandatory birth control, MANDATORY so if you're a male or a woman in her 60's etc….. you still have to pay for coverage, if you live a healthy life you still have to pay for MANDATORY coverage for drug rehab as if your the mayor of Toronto, Rob Ford. These mandatory changes to the minimum standard would require health care policies to be re-written, changing coverage and price (higher not lower as Obama claimed) and thus would be dissolved leaving current private policy holders uninsured. Why? Well, again regulations written after the law was passed by HHS under the command of Sebelius that if your policy changes in anyway it's gone. Another reason for the slower enrollment to the plan is the fact that 70+% of the 30 million the government wanted insured don't want insurance to begin with. The young…. why are they going to pay high premiums and deductibles for a service they feel is not necessary for them. Why would they buy a product that is unaffordable when they don't have to, the penalties are minimal compared to premiums and there is not exact language on how the government will collect penalties from them anyway. The ones with pre-existing conditions, costs are still sky high despite what the lefties claim or have claimed that costs have been substantially reduced. So far the overwhelming majority have experienced higher premiums and deductibles.

Conclusion:

     In theory everything looks good on paper, I've seen some resumes from applicants that made me say "WOW" but in reality they were a huge disaster. We can see Obamacare is a huge disaster, 3 years of prep and the website is a flop, rules and regulations that have already caused 5 million policy holders to be dropped. The administration states its insurance companies fault, the republicans fault, the polar ice caps that are melting skewed the numbers blah blah blah. Personally, I believe this was done on purpose. As somebody who grew up when there was still a cold war I understand the ideology of the left and how they would go to ANY length to get their policies passed including bold faced lies to the American people from the president all the way down to his minions. Hopefully this law will weigh on the neck like a cinderblock to those that voted for it in the 2014 midterm elections not only when they passed it but when they voted NO on a bill put forth by senator Enzi (R Wy) in 2010 when he predicted the cancellations of individual policies.
